It was my first time getting a booking through DriveLah app. I had alot of difficulties getting through the verification processes. Made several calls to your customer service but my problems still exist. Tried your customer service via watsapp for help. I am very satisfied with the assistance and help given by GEM. I am able to get all my problems resolved while using the Drivelah app. Thank you. Much appreciated
