Received a new unit and the first trip…
Received a new unit and the first trip out the recliner had a failure. Stuck in the reclined position I was unable to close the motorhome up for travel. Spoke with manny who properly diagnosed the issue and I was able to close the chair. He had the replacement part shipped right after our call and I received confirmation of the order.
