Customer service tried hard but couldn’t explain it.
I’ve airways trusted Apple yet yesterday I lost a load of contacts on my phone and had some come back that I hadn’t connected with in a decade. Apple couldn’t explain it. I did nothing to cause this, I woke up with a different list. I’m appalled.
