ID shield was a great help with my recent ID theft. They worked quick to shut down multiple accounts that were fraudulently opened.Always keeping me informed with what was happening and next steps to take. A great help when not really knowing how to navigate through all the different accounts. Thomas the specialist who helped me sent a lot of time on hold with multiple creditors so I didn’t have which allowed me to go on with my day. I feel everyone should have ID Shield if for nothing else but the piece of mind knowing your in good hands.
