the process to get a refund was a little bit too lengthy after multiple emails. i cannot say anything about the actual app itself because I'm so ADD that I never got around to setting it up 😂 the customer service people were very friendly and willing to make it right since I never created a profile/account. I may actually try to give this another shot when I get some time to really sit down and focus enough to do it. Haha 😭
