No proper response and Order cancelled, no refund
placed an order with Pine & Lime on 13 February 2026, and the product page said it would be delivered by 20 February. Even after waiting until 21 March, nothing was delivered and my order status suddenly showed as “Cancelled.” I have not received any refund for this cancelled order, even though the payment was taken immediately. I emailed their support address shown in the order confirmation and attached screenshots, but I have not received any reply for several weeks. Based on my experience, I feel the communication and refund process are very unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering from them until they fix these issues.
