I purchased a 55-inch Sony TV for my living room in 2014, followed by a 50-inch Sony and a 55-inch Samsung TV for the bedrooms in 2017. In 2022, I added a 55-inch PRISM+ TV for a third room. So far, all the TVs have been functioning well except for the PRISM+ unit, which developed display issues shortly after the warranty period ended. Upon contacting PRISM+, I was informed that the repair cost would be close to the price of a new TV, and replacement was suggested instead. Given this, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Based on my experience, the durability of the PRISM+ TV has been disappointing compared to my other sets, as it is the newest but the first to encounter issues.
