BEWARE OF BESTVIBE I requested a cancellation for Order #2026031823004882137 within ONE HOUR of purchase. BestVibe’s official policy states that cancellations within 24 hours are processable. Instead of honoring this, support claimed the item had already 'shipped,' even though the UPS label was created before I even placed the order. They are refusing to cancel the transaction and ignoring their own written terms. I am giving BestVibe 24 hours to process my full refund and confirm the cancellation of my order. If this is not resolved within that window, I will proceed with a formal Chargeback through my bank and report this merchant for deceptive trade practices.
