We received a broken £42 cube. My son bought it with his birthday money and the mechanism inside was broken, so that when he turned it, the whole thing just crumbled into pieces. We put it back together numerous times but it would just break again straight away. To be honest, I know faults happen so that’s not why I’m disappointed. When we contacted the company to ask for a refund (we sent them a video showing the problem), they suggested we just followed a video with instructions on how to out it back together, even though we explained that was not the problem. The customer service was non-existent. That’s why we won’t be using Gancube again and will be telling friends to avoid.
