This is now the third time....
This is now the third time I have posted a review regarding this issue, following up on my previous reviews. Each time, the company responded publicly and politely asked me to contact a specific email address, which I did. The support team usually replies relatively quickly and repeatedly assures me that my genome data will be made available soon. The most recent commitment was that it would be available in May. We are now approaching August, and once again I have received no further update. Please bear in mind that I have already been waiting for access to this sequencing data for more than four years. I will continue to leave negative reviews until I am finally able to download my genome data.
