We purchased four beautiful chairs on sale for $500 each. Every one came broken. Split wood bottoms, back rest snapped off, chips and gashes. I realize they were final sale. However, I did not expect to pay $500 for damaged chairs. Online return policy was difficult because of the final sale discount. Once I corresponded with an individual they issued a full refund.
