A good quality company that stands behind their product
When I was researching which safe to buy Vaultek kept coming up as a quality product which lead me to purchase a Vaultek DS5i Smart Station safe for my nightstand. After about 1 1/2- 2 years of great performance, it developed an issue withe the 24 V power supply. I contacted the Vaultek service team and in less than 24 hrs they had a new upgraded model on its way. This far exceeded my expectations and just reaffirmed my decision to go with Vaultek was a good one.
