Awareness if decided not to continue service with Tebra
I had Tebra for billing and everything was fine. When my contract was almost over I gave them over 60 days notice as per contract required 60 days.My contract was due to complete 6/29/26. I made payment regularly although I was using another biller. When I notice my request I put on 4/1/26 was still pending 5/29/26, I reach out by phone to follow on the status. The lady cancel my account on the spot not leaving any access for me to check on my pending cases. Two weeks later, I received an invoice for $408. I tried reaching out to find out the reason but did not received a feedback. Now I check on the statues of my request to find out the request was cancel.
