Would not recommend. Placed an order for a funeral spray 3 weeks in advance to be delivered the day before the service. The week of the service I got an email stating it will be delivered on the day of the service. Called and customer service assured me that it would be delivered before the service starts. Didn’t get delivered till after the service had begun. For something so expensive and in a time where people have other things to worry about, this is not very professional. I will never use tele floral again. The only positive is that the third party customer reps are very nice.
