Instead, they issued an unsolicited refund without my consent and immediately terminated my service access to close the case. It is clear they use this "refund and terminate" tactic to silence customers and avoid addressing their system's flaws. To top it off, they pressured me to change my review just because they gave the money back. I didn't pay for a refund; I paid for a working service. They care more about manipulating their rating than providing a reliable product. Utterly unprofessional and dishonest. UPDATE: Despite our extensive correspondence over the past few weeks, their support team recently reached out claiming they “couldn't find my order.” This is absolutely mind-blowing. It’s clear there is a massive internal communication breakdown within this company. They are not only technically incompetent but also completely disorganized. It seems they use this internal chaos as yet another excuse to dodge responsibility and avoid fixing my account.
