Unprofessional Service and Refusal of Refund - Case Reported to Dubai Police
I am extremely disappointed with CJ Dropshipping. I have been trying to get a refund of $264 for a non-delivered order, but their support team (Agent Luria Xie) is flatly refusing to help, stating it’s against their "policy." I have already filed an official Criminal Complaint with the Dubai Police Cyber Crime Division (Report No: 7423/2026). Even after providing the official police report, they are not taking this matter seriously. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I warn other entrepreneurs to be careful. I will continue to pursue this legally until my money is returned.
