Great experience while booking
Ratnam was amazing to work with. He was very patient going through multiple combinations that I requested for booking dates. He also explained the cancellation and date change policy and looked honest with his explanations. Keep up the good work Ratnam! Hope the same experience continues if I have to deal with a booking change request.
