Settlement Stuck in Review for Over 1.5 Months
I am very disappointed with my experience. It has been over one and a half months, and my settlement statement is still under review. The process is extremely slow and lacks transparency. Every time I check, it just shows “under review,” and it never gets approved. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when there is no clear explanation or timeline provided. It feels like the issue is being ignored rather than properly handled.
