Substandard Product, false adverting.
This product does not do what it advertises. DO NOT USE IT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AT YOUR COST. THEY DO NOT PAY RETURN SHIPPING. I got a glycerin blunt tip pro with a block to keep it cold. I got it out after several hours in the freezer when it says only needs 30 minutes. I put my blunt in the end and lit up. It was not chilled much and i started coughing worse than i do with a regular blunt. My husband said it clearly is not working. lol. But i laid it in the block to keep it cold and finished my blunt. It was not cold by the time I finished it. I emailed them because you can not get them on the phone and they basically educated me on usage. Then the response was as quoted: Our return policy requires items to be unused in order to qualify for a refund due to the nature of the product. Once a piece has been used, we’re unable to resell it, which is why refunds aren’t available after use. This policy is listed on our website and applies to all orders. (I did not really research this product thoroughly .) I have a waterproof box i keep it in the freezer or i am sure eventually it would break.
