Packaging and customer service
The packaging was outstanding, delivered as informed being it was back ordered. I was not impressed with the customer service I received with one of company reps I spoke with on the phone I believe was March 14th 2026 I even told her she was rude that I would just order from different company at that point. I did have another phone call with a Sarah which was very helpful she explanied everything I had questions about she is only reason I ordered LI Time battery. So Bravo Zulu to her
