Jaz has amazing customer service!!
WOW, I'm not sure where to begin but I can tell you that the customer service agent JAZ who dealt with me did an extremely good job!! Jaz made the whole process so easy and hassle-free. I couldn't believe she stayed almost 2 hrs LATE just to help me with the documents and paperwork they needed. Her kind voice made me feel comfortable. We need more people in customer service like JAZ she really put me first and made the process so easy. I know I asked a lot of questions and she took the time to explain in detail what happens. Thanks Jaz for staying late and helping me get approved. 10/10 stars.
