Charged my Visa out of stock filter…
Charged my Visa on a filter that was not in stock, and backorder is a month away... Take the product off the website if its not available... Don't charge people and then notify them at a later time, that the filter is not in stock.. Common Sense people.. Use your Brains.. Also the Tracking is in Chinese. I can't read or speak that language.. Part of the tracking number is Chinese.. 自定义UUS63W1260442504452.. Glacial Pure substituded the product for Glacial Fresh filters which are cheaper than the out of Stock Glacial Pure, but charged me for Glacial Pure.. Glacial Fresh is sold through Amazon for much less money... Thats what I should have done.. I could have gotten 3 filters instead of 2 for less money... They offered 20% off my next order, but it will be 2 years until i need more filters.. Worthless to me
