Great company, to deal with, but use a lousy shipping company.
Ordered two different knives, one out the front and one side opening. Out the front came quickly. Side opening was delayed. Shipping company could not inform me where it was. Origin- China. Location- Unknown. E-mails to Mia were answered promptly. Sent a screenshot of shipping update at 45 days in transit. A replacement was sent. Received my replacement and shipping company still did not know where it was. Grandkitchen- Great. Shipping company-lousy. Find a different shipper. Both knives are great. Folder is SUPER sharp. Will watch their shop for other things I may need/want. Hope for a different shipping company. Thanks Mia.
