Lauren was very helpful. She immediately understood my insurance needs and went to work for me. I have spent the last week speaking with what feels like every insurer in the nation. None of them were willing to negotiate their quoted coverages section, except Kin and Lauren. Lauren quotes were lower than Kin for house and auto. Thank you Lauren. As a Boomer you restored my faith in good old fashioned customer service. Its comforting to know that some companies still practice it.
