Extremely disappointing customer service

Extremely disappointing customer service! They have refused to refund money owed to me, despite proof and repeated attempts. Even more frustrating, my messages have essentially been ignored by multiple people and after asking for a manager multiple times I’ve still been unable to talk to anyone. I have given them more than ample time to resolve the issue directly but instead get left feeling completely ignored. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Michelle was awesome. She helped me shop for a good policy, she listened to my concerns, and gave me a quote that aligned with what I was looking for. She was also able to give me a call ealier than we scheduled as soon as an availability opened up. I truly loved her service.

Nobody knocked on my door to say they were inspecting my roof. I was just recently informed in the month of May 2026 that my insurance was being cancelled. No communication by phone and just sent pictures of home roof inspection in the same Month of May 2026. This does not look honest or feel right. Please contact me. It feels like shady business to me.
