Extremely disappointing customer service
Extremely disappointing customer service! They have refused to refund money owed to me, despite proof and repeated attempts. Even more frustrating, my messages have essentially been ignored by multiple people and after asking for a manager multiple times I’ve still been unable to talk to anyone. I have given them more than ample time to resolve the issue directly but instead get left feeling completely ignored. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.
