Emily was excellent in working with me. Unfortunately, she was unable to provide me with what I needed because the underwriters were unwilling to give me full protection from my roof. However, Emily did an excellent job in terms of doing everything she could for me and I would have accepted her offer if the underwriters were more cooperative.
