Kin insurance has terrible customer service and I don’t see that company is cheap as people said. I called them to get a discount on new impact windows I got installed by Florida Window and Doors, however, a human dog answered the phone told me I have to get wind mitigation in order to get that discount. I had that done when got that policy with them, and the window company pulled out a permit from the city and that animal told I have to get another wind mitigation. Kin Insurance is stupidly expensive company that doesn’t deserve taking my hard earned money. I will get out that crappie company.
