the price is the main thing. I got a brand new level 4 shingle roof. I had 2 other brokers giving me bids and all were well over $10,000-$11,500. KIN was $7,100, and their coverage was far superior to the other companies.

Do not know how this company has such high ratings their customer service is horrible they do not get back with you you cannot get the same agent that you talk to before once you sign up and they treat you like you have gone through a bad divorce with them.. very rude!! Do not sign up and they don't tell you that they will not cover replacement cost for personal property when they give you a quote!
