For the FIRST time, I had the smoothest and easiest experience getting a quote and making a decision about purchasing a car insurance. Amazing insurance company! The quoting process was quick and easy. They leverage technology to have you take pictures of your home to verify the condition of it - instead of having to wait for an inspection. Customer service has been extremely helpful. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their customer service is extremely poor, communication is frustrating, and resolving issues takes far too long. The claims process was stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance coverage. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.

I saved over 50 percent on a plan with Kin. I switched from Allstate and all I can say is that I am in better hands with Kin. It’s basically the same plan. Seriously couldn’t believe that I was saving that much. Eddie Seo was the agent I worked with and he was amazing.

A small tornado ATE my 6 ft fence. 4 big panels blown away. I filed a claim. My deductible would be 2,500. Now I’m completely exposed to a high traffic road and business that parks large trucks. Kin said $200 in labor and fixing fence would be $950. Really? In what third world country would that happen? I paid $6k to have FencePros put up a great replacement fence and I don’t trust Kin anymore if I had acatastrophic damage they would pay so Kin, thanks to your agent I’m switching to a More reputable company in January.
