Very very bad customer service!!
Very very bad customer service!!! I wanted to cancel subscription and the site is so misleading, you have to jump through multiple loops to finally find what you need and cancel! Also, even though I cancelled the day before, I was still charged because apparently cancellation needs to be done 48 hrs before!! And of course nobody tells it to you upfront! They also charge you early because they operate on European time, not on US time. Anyway, awful experience and very frustrating!!!
