Never Ever Use Ninja Van service.
Totally agree with those who said the Ninja Van service is bad. Really hopeless and untrustworthy plus they don't give a damn... Just let you continue to wait. If you don't go find out and chase them, you will never know what is happening coz no notification is send out to recipients for the delay. Basically, they dare not even send any notification because they themselves cannot give you a specific answer when you expect to receive your item. This are merely internal not overseas and already at their Hub but didn't send out. Is like forever there. This is the message I receive when I asked for timeline : "Im unable to provide the estimation date, due to the high volume of the and shortage of the staff for the delivery. But however i will try to push the delivery for you" So, ridiculous and dare not even confirm. Forever waiting. 😤😡😠🤬
