Domain transfer with a glitch, but successful
A domain transfer from another registrar went a bit sideways, with my domain stuck in a limbo with eNom (their backend registrar). Despite the difficulty, I was updated constantly on the support ticket and the problem was finally solved. Despite the issue, I come away with a decent impression of the company because of the stellar support.
