This company feels like a scam.
This company feels like a scam. We added credits to our account based on their advice. After a couple of days, the system asked us to add more credits, so we added another $50. However, after only two days, it asked us to add credits again. I emailed their billing team several times to ask for clarification, but they did not properly explain what happened and ignored my questions. Now, I just received an email from them saying they tried to contact me multiple times, which is not true. Because of that, they terminated our account. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I feel like they did not handle the billing issue properly or communicate honestly.
