TOP worst customer service!!! After the over charge you they gracious tell you there is nothing they can do for you then thank you for understanding?! Didn't even try to help... could have just given me a credit towards BJs, but couldn't be bothered. They will not get anymore of my money after my year is up..Already double paid for it so I guess I reluctantly will use it. I will be sure to tell all how horrible they were when there is issues!! If I could give them a MINUS score I work!!! Whole experience was frustrating and upsetting!! Sams or Costco here in come!!! Ooh and BJs credit card will be cut up tooo!!!
