Very unprofessional company lack of knowledge
Very unprofessional company with extremely poor customer service. There is no phone number available to contact anyone directly, which makes resolving issues frustrating and difficult. I was charged over $400 without my consent and received a duplicate shipment of the same prescription (that I was charged for) just one week after my original order, with no notification that another shipment was being sent. As a result, the package sat outside for over a week. When I contacted customer service, one employee told me the medication was still safe to use, while another employee told me something completely different. To make matters worse, I was sent two different gauge needles. When I asked for clarification and assistance, I was simply directed to a website and told to purchase my own supplies.The lack of communication, inconsistent information, unauthorized charges, and poor customer support have completely eroded my trust in this company. I would not recommend them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
