Please READ and TRUST me, NEVER buy from this company!
I ordered the URSA Minor Throttle and it broke after only 2 months because of quality issues The WinCTRL support told me I will need to ship it back and pay for the shipping (17,49€). They also said that they will refund the shipping cost after the package arrives and sent out a new throttle. The package arrived and about 1 month later the new package arrived at my house. But there was no throttle inside. They really sent me a 32 PACK Metal. After writing back and fourth with the support for weeks because they hardly understand what you are saying and only reply with the same shit over and over again, they told me I will need to resend the wrong product back again, at my own cost (17,49€). I didnt even get the 17,49€ back (until this day) that I paid for shipping the broken Throttle out and now they want me to pay again for their mistake? I opened a PayPal Case and the only solution was to send the wrong item back, in order to get my money that i paid for the throttle. Thanks to PayPal, for covering the shipping cost. Let that sink in please! I would never buy from this company again, and I recommend that to every single one of you who is reading this review. Never ever buy from them!
