Couldn’t have been better!!! I own the Sanabox Pulse Pro and had some issues with faulty components only a few months after purchasing. I reached out and couldn’t have been helped by a nicer representative from your company! Nicolas Zapata was extremely compassionate, understanding and helpful with getting everything squared away and made right ASAP with a replacement order. An employee this great is hard to come by, especially these days, and Saunabox should consider themselves EXTREMELY lucky for having such a professional representative!! 5 out of 5 stars!! If I could, I would give him 100 stars!! Highly recommend due to such a great customer service experience and for their innovative products. If looking for a great sauna company with the proper customer support to back it up, look no further! Thanks again!!
