I’ve been sitting with the idea of purchasing the Solara for a few weeks now. We decided to bite the bullet and purchase it with the help of Nicole. I was on the fence on buying or waiting doubling down on research. Then Nicole hit me up with a message. After a few back and forth messages I was convinced. The following day I placed my order for a 1 person solara. Today Nicole reached out to me. Not knowing I placed my order. And came through for me again. Looking into my order status and giving me shipping information. 100% appreciated. If sauna is half the customer service this far going to be great product

I wanted to update my original review because I believe it is just as important to recognize when a company steps up and makes things right.
After my initial experience with two failed chillers and a frustrating customer service process, Sean, one of the co-owners of Saunabox, reached out to me personally. He took the time to understand what had happened, acknowledged that my situation should have been handled differently, and ultimately followed through with a reimbursement.
I am still left with two nonworking chillers, so I can’t overlook the reliability issues I experienced with that particular product. However, I have to give Sean and Saunabox credit for taking ownership of the situation and making it right. His direct communication and willingness to personally address my concerns significantly changed how I feel about the company.
I also own the Saunabox sauna and have been extremely happy with it. It has worked wonderfully, and it is a product I feel comfortable recommending to others.
Products can fail, but how a company responds when they do says a lot. While I hope Saunabox continues to improve the reliability and support of its chiller systems, I greatly appreciate Sean stepping in, listening, and ultimately doing the right thing.
Based on how this was ultimately resolved, I am comfortable recommending Saunabox and especially their sauna.

Fantastic sauna with red light capabilities. Recently had a problem with my remote, contacted the support team, and they quickly responded with a solution. Everything is working as it should now! I purchased a Saunabox plus pro and started having an issue with the remote. I contacted customer service and they quickly addressed my issues. I had read some reviews stating their customer service was lacking but that was not the case for me. They did an excellent job.

I paid this product with my FSH account. It arrived in a good time. I did not wait for a long time.
It was very easy to be assembled. One person can do it easily.
The sauna doesn’t look simply built. It looks and feels sturdy and I believe it will last.
It gives out very good steam. It will make you sweat! I suggest leave the zipper close to your reach and leave a small opening to breathe the cold air when you need to.
Have towels ready because you will need them. I put a towel on the chair that came with it to be more comfortable.
I also put a folded towel on the floor to feel comfortable to my feet and absorb sweats.
I strongly not recommend letting your gas out while secluded in there. It would not be pleasant.
Leave the zipper unzipped after use. I think it is important to let the unit to dry so mold will not build up.
It would be a good idea the manufacturer would put a device to hold the zipper entry fully opened.
I would suggest hydration prior using the unit especially for certain people. This would prevent dehydration.
I can’t wait to use it again.

The product and customer service are great! The Sauna arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I had a couple questions regarding the SaunaBox Solara 2.0 features, mainly the new Chromotherapy lights and how to control them. The response’s were fast and they genuinely wanted to help!

I was looking for a sauna for my basement but all the other brands were too tall for my area. I saw an ad on Instagram and came across their preorder for the new Solara 2-Person. I reached out via chat and Nicole’s customer service was top notch. Nicole answered my million and one questions and got me a cart right to my email. Can’t wait to try it out.

Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout my purchase process.
