Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!
I’ve been using my cold plunge from The Pod Company for about two years now. I recently purchased a long pod to replace my original upright one, as I liked the shape better for my needs. When I put it together and went to hook up my chiller, I found that the company had switched hose connectors in the time since I bought my chiller (moving from a threaded system to a click system, which I’m super excited about).
I reached out to customer service to clarify which part I needed to purchase in order to successfully connect my chiller, as there were two products listed on their website I thought might be correct, and the response I received included information around an order for the adapter kit that they had already placed for me at no charge. To be clear, I reached out to ask which product I needed to purchase and the company went ahead and just shipped out the correct one at no charge to me. In addition, they had my old address listed and when I shared my new one, they immediately updated the order. All of this happened within an hours of me first contacting them. All correspondence was quick and so helpful. Extra shout out to Ricardo and Maressa who helped make sure I got just what I needed.
If I didn’t already love my cold plunge so much and talk up this product to everyone I know, this experience alone would have made me a believer. I love a company that stands behind their products and values customer experience over making money every step of the way.
I am enjoying my Sauna Pod. I was having an issue initially with the heater, but Alex walked through everything and it’s working as it should. I have had their cold plunge for two years and it is worked perfectly. Very good Customer Service. For my trouble, he actually offered to refund a portion for trouble. Don’t see that much these days. Highly recommend this company.

The customer service is really great
The customer service is really great, I never would have expected it from online shops.
Ricardo the sales representive that helped me did a fantastic job helping me throughout my purchase and it was one of my best experiences in customer service I've had.
I can highly recommend The Sauna Pod. It’s fantastic if you live in an apartment like I do, though it works in any type of home, of course. It’s a bit tricky to assemble, but manageable with some patience. It took 18 minutes to heat it up to 75°C.
I want to thank both Abby and Elene for top-notch support, 10 stars to you both.

Customer support helped me without blinking an eye. Took great care of me and made me a believer in the Pod Company.
I am really happy with my overall experience with Pod Company. I purchased their long pod and chiller and I'm extremely happy with the product. I had an issue with the pod which resulted in a warranty claim, the whole process was straight forward, easy and connected. When my replacement pod was shipped it seems there was a hiccup along the way and I never received it. I followed up and heard from Elene only hours later, she had the issue resolved and a new unit processed within 6 business hours. It is really refreshing to see a company still take such a humanized approach to customer service and I'll be a lifetime customer because of that. Thanks Elene and team!

Heater Replacement
I bought my Sauna Pod about 8 months ago and absolutely love it! I started experiencing issues with the heater where it randomly starting going into cool down mode after about 20 minutes, then it started happening more often. I contacted Diana and informed her of the issue, filled out the nessessary warranty form she sent me and literally the next day, about 12 hours after I submitted the form, I received an email that a new heater is on the way. Very quick reponse and actions taken. Now I am good to go with a workable heater so I can use my Sauna before and after my workouts.

Amazing customer service! I needed my order to arrive ASAP for an event the following week, and Maressa was so helpful in making sure the order was shipped same day and arrived in just a few business days. Poor quality
I am now on my fourth ice bath pod, and this one now has a hole in it, like the other three. The company was good at first with replacing it, as the seam wasn’t stitched right and leaked. However, the next one leaked, then the next, and now the fourth is leaking at the bottom seam. It just sits in my bathroom, not outside, and we don’t move it, so there is no explanation for the constant leaking besides poor quality. Customer service gets back to you quickly, but by my fourth one I will be finding a better company with better quality.
