I worked with Diana in customer service to replace a long pod that had a leak. She did an exceptional job and it was such an easy and quick process.
Elene was super responsive and helpful. She walked me through the warranty claim process, even found my original order number which I misplaced, and got everything moving for my replacement heater. Kudos to Sauna Pod for great customer service. Can’t wait for my new heater to arrive.

The heating unit for my sauna pod broke, I contacted the company and they had a replacement on the way by the next day. Excellent customer service!
A bracket broke on the frame of my Pod and even though it was out of warranty they sent me a new replacement one at no cost. Very appreciative and have always had good customer service whenever dealing with the company.
Really good ice pod and chiller. The quality seems brilliant and it’s all very easy to put together or take away travelling. Highly recommend!
My wife ordered the sauna for me seeing that it was coming with the standard ice pod as a bundle. I’m in the gym daily and have been talking about getting an ice bath. We received the sauna but missing the ice pod. We contacted The pod company. They responded quickly and is sending the missing ice bath. The sauna is great and very well made. We also bought the diffuser for my wife and was very nice as well. Def recommend. 10/10

What I appreciate about The Pod Company is their responsiveness. As a consumer, too many times after the purchase you never hear from or can connect with when there is an issue. When I reached out with some questions - 18 months after the purchase, the response was immediate and Maressa was great in helping resolve my issue and making sure I was taken care of. I had my Sauna for about 6 months and love it but the heater quite working 2 days ago. I emailed The Pod Company Monday, they sent me a link for the warranty and this morning Tuesday they have already put in the order for the replacement! Great customer service!
