I had a really good experience 2 years ago with my first chiller, then ordered one as a gift with a few address issues, but Diana was a great help. I then ordered the Sauna Pod, with great reviews, but I had a zipper issue that she handled quickly and efficiently. I will look forward to other products. Fast and professional at handling hiccups.
