I've had my sauna, red light therapy core tower, and Halo for about a month now, Amazing, Can't say enough about how I feel after each session. Using it daily and my skin is better and healthier looking, my lungs are loving the Halo Salt therapy and I'm so relaxed when I head to bed!
This is our 3rd Clearlight IS-3, and the quality is just as it was 20 years ago! We’ve included them in the sell of our homes over the years even though you can take them with you. Highly recommend them, built to last your life. We added the red light therapy this go around, also great quality.
As a functional medicine practitioner, I was looking for a full spectrum Infrared sauna that can provide health benefits to its fullest and has very low EMF. And I am so happy my research landed me on Clearlight sanctuary sauna and I cannot be happier. There were so many saunas available at Costco for a fraction of a cost and so had to research hard:) It has been a month since we installed it fully and it has been an health upgrade for sure. We got the red light tower as well and can see its benefits as well. Amazing addition to our weekly routine. Thank you Clearlight for making medical grade saunas.
Delivered broken company would not fix or take back had to reoort to credit card co to remove charge. Senior disabled citizen lies etc
The sauna is beautiful. The only problem is the 3rd party shipping that is terrible. They do not hire the right truck to deliver the sauna, and numerous phone calls and time is wasted to receive the delivery.

Keypad stopped working after 12 hours, staff said they would send a replacement keypad, still waiting, 5 days later.. For a premium product (2-3x cost of competitors) the product and service thus far have not reflected the hype. Perhaps consider a less expensive option
clear and prompt communication and fixed the problem completely under warranty in a timely fashion
Clearlight stands behind their products! I was having wifi connectivity issues and they quickly sent out an updated replacement part that fixed all the issues. We love our Sanctuary C sauna.
