Awesome customer service response and warranty support as always. My third sauna from Clearlight and won’t be the last, because of times and service like this.

Relatively good quality sauna but a lack of post-sales engagement. Still recommend the unit.

Relatively good quality sauna that makes a great addition to our basement. The hinged doors that hide the connection plugs are cheap and do not close completely. The building time for our particular model was longer than expected because of the weight of the glass door. We had to disassemble the glass door to install it and then reinstall the removed portion of the glass afterwards. The pre-sales experience was great. There was no post-sales follow up, other than this survey, to see if we liked the sauna. Felt a bit like "now that we have your sale we're moving on to the next customer." I prefer a more personal sales experience.

I cannot recommend clearlight

I cannot recommend buying this Clearlight outdoor sauna. I paid almost €10,000 for it, and during the sales process I was promised, among other things, a lifetime warranty. It later turned out that this was not actually the case. After the sauna was delivered, customer service was extremely difficult to reach. I called several times and left messages, yet I was later told that I had never contacted them. The biggest issue, however, is the sauna itself. In winter, when the outside temperature was around 16°C (61°F), it would not heat up properly. Now, in summer, with outside temperatures of around 33°C (91°F), the sauna already starts at approximately 56°C (133°F). As soon as it reaches the set temperature of 60°C (140°F), the infrared panels switch off. This means I only get a few minutes of actual infrared therapy before the panels stop working. For an outdoor sauna in this price range, I do not find it acceptable that it cannot be used properly in colder weather and is also barely usable during hot summer days. Combined with the misleading sales promises, poor customer service, and the lack of a satisfactory solution, the entire experience has left me deeply disappointed. I am sharing my experience so that future customers can make an informed decision. If you are considering buying this sauna, make sure every promise is confirmed in writing and carefully check whether it will actually perform as expected in your local climate.

Really went together great!

Really went together great!! Just needed 3 people for the top sections. And Really enjoying the Sauna! Getting the long pallet off was a bit of a challenge because it was the long way on the truck, a bit tipsy.

I love my new Clearlight…

I love my new Clearlight sauna.Ordering, communication and delivery were easy. Excellent communication, both emails a week prior and phone call the day of. Delivery was right to the porch. It took my husband and I a couple of hrs to put it together. Everything fit together perfectly, very clear step by step directions. You will need a strong man to lift some of the panels are heavy, but together we managed just fine. Plugged it, turned it on selected 100% and it takes about 25 minutes to heat up for a perfect session. Bluetooth was easy to hook up to music on my phone for a relaxing sauna.

4 year old Clearlight Sauna

We bought our sauna 4 years ago. It is outdoors and though in a protected area, it takes a beating from the elements. The top cap needed to be replaced and when I emailed my original rep I immediately heard from customer service. They quickly assessed the situation by my description and pictures and ordered the new part and promptly dispatched techs to install it. Easy peasy! I'm impressed with the service level. Every time I've needed anything they are quick to respond.

Outstanding customer service!

We've had our sauna for nearly 10 years and absolutely love it! One of the heating units stopped working. Customer service at Clearlight responded to my inquiry right away and we figured out the problem. A new part was shipped, at no cost, almost immediately. This was by far the most efficient and pleasant customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend this company on many levels!

Clearlight saunas is the best in quality materials, electronics, ease of use, appearance, product selection, sales and customer service! Tom Padden, my Representative at Clearlight wasn’t pushy, was educational, patient (took the time to not only educate me on Clearlight products, but on Infrared, Red Light Therapy and contrast therapy with the Plunge) and was very responsive to my many inquiries and needs!! Great Experience Overall!

Our Clearlight advisor was great! Her expertise and willingness to answer our questions before, during, and after our purchase was excellent. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Our sauna delivery and setup was simple. The only drawback was that the instruction book we received with our sauna did not include our EXACT sauna model. We were still able to assemble and operate the sauna ourselves without issue, but it would have been more convenient to have the instruction manual for our specific model.

Beautiful and effective

Our sauna was packaged well, arrived on time, and was fairly easy to assemble. The directions were clear and we had our sauna together in about an hour and a half. The quality is excellent-I love the partial glass ceiling, as I'm a little claustrophobic and it doesn't bother me to be in it. The Bluetooth speaker is so nice to have, and the exterior lighting looks so good. As for the health benefits, I haven't been using it as regularly as I'd like, but I do feel better when I use it.

Product is great. Shipping was as promised and Tom is a terrific sales person - know’s the product and process cold and let me know every step. Also, was available regarding questions and sauna was received.
