Request refund immediately after…
Requested refund immediately after purchase, within minutes and still sent me the product with no refund. Reached out to me after submitting a review, couldn't supply a full refund. Asked if I could do a partial refund even though I can't use the items but at least saved me having to send it. Still lost money on something I can't use.
