I initially bought a MADE68 Air for a rhythm game, but it had issues with double clicks and cancelling my inputs. But after emailing the support team, they were able to respond quickly, and give a perfect solution, going as far and creating a special firmware to my issue that made my MADE68 Air the best keyboard I could've gotten.

I haven’t used a keyboard that feels and sounds as good as this one and i’ve gone through SEVERAL keyboards…I really like the light at at the top of the keyboard and switching it to different sets of RGB lights helps when you want to have some change in your setup. Easily the best keyboard i’ve used for gaming.

I reported a design issue that the white letters on the transparent keys in connection with the internal ight are barely visible. Your answer was get used to it or switch of the lights. I would have expected to get/ buy the purple keys as a solution. Quite disappointed. Chris

To create vivid, uniform RGB lighting effects, we adopted this semi-transparent keycap material, which causes the key legends to look faint under high brightness or certain angles. A quick fix you can try right away is reducing the backlight brightness, this will make all key letters far easier to read. We have passed your feedback to our R&D team, and we’re currently testing upgraded printing techniques to enhance letter visibility for later production runs. Keyboard suffered hardware failure at 18 months under a 2-year warranty. Customer service admits the internal PCBA is broken, but refuses to send a replacement unit or accept a return. They are forcing me to dismantle a complex magnetic keyboard myself using a video for a completely different model, which would void my warranty under their own terms.

The self-repair guide we provided was only intended as an optional solution to help reduce waiting time and avoid the difficulties of international return shipping.
