10 Pax 03/2026
We were a group of 10 from various places in the US, including 1 from the UK who took a private 11-day tour starting and ending in Osaka custom-planned by Lan Liu with UME Travel. The communication throughout the tedious planning stage was exact and excellent. Lan was responsive and accommodating. We especially appreciated her "staying with us" throughout the tour, stepping up to assist whenever needed. Her team of 2 professional guides was knowledgeable and enthusiastic; comfortable transportation was provided by 1 very calm polite driver. Lan was even willing to adjust plans along the way, and it was clear the plan was built for a premium experience....and it was. Thank you, Ms. Lan Liu....looking forward to our next jou
