Kendra was Delightful :)
Kendra was delightful, helpful, efficient and brilliant. I have called several times before and had many issues previous agents overlooked. She was a joy to talk to and delivered impeccable service. Thank you very much Kendra. Because of you I am proud to bank with NBKC. You deserve a gold star for customer service. 10/10
