Holding out hope ...
I purchased an item on Wednesday of last week..only to realize I wanted a refund as it would take longer then I thought to get.....sent numerous emails and not a word...I also purchased another item and one line of my delivey adress is not correct so I need it changed...and guess what .. no reply ... I'm not saying they are a bad company but I really hope the reach out soon...I see other products I'm interested in and with a health buyer seller relationship I would like to get them...as for how the experience is going right now it is a negative one :( Update: The amount I paid for both products were refunded back into my account .... Very professional..no problems at all. . :)
