Excellent Customer Service
I am writing to leave a review and express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received recently. I love to rate companies based on how they treat me, and I truly hope other customers are treated this well. I have been very pleased with Baselane, which I use to allow my tenants to pay via credit card. I recently had to cancel this service for my current tenant because he decided to pay by check instead. The representative Saad who assisted me with this process was incredibly nice, polite, and courteous. His name is Saad, he was very helpful and walked me through the system to show me how to navigate canceling that specific client while keeping my account open for future use. Saad also took the time to educate me on your systems and how they can better assist me and other landlords in the future. Thank you, Saad H. from Baselane, for the great work.
